EXCHANGE POLICY
Non Offer Products
1.We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. You can email us at support@zellabella.com with the order no. or can whatsapp at +91 9870152855.
2.For Exchange you may return the pair of jewelry, clothing and other solid articles to us at R-105A Street no- 5, Ramesh Park , Laxmi Nagar , Delhi- 92 within 7 working days , with intact packing and bubble wrap , along with the invoice .
Once we receive the product, we will check the product and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 5 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future
Offer Products
- There is no exchange on offer products. We replace only damaged products and missing products with the same design and same category of product.
RETURN POLICY

1. We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us within 24 hours of delivery with a legit video of the same product shot from the very beginning of unboxing. - For Return(damage products) We will pick up the products, once we receive the products we will dispatch the new one.

All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the any product does not get damaged while in transit. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement .
